To be clear, you don't need an engagement session. But keep in mind that on the wedding day, you'll be surrounded by people the whole day. Whereas with your engagement session, it will be just the two of you. In this special time and place. And you'll get photos to document it all. Not to mention that it's a great way to see how it feels to be in front of a camera. Now, who wouldn't want that?!
